Alumni News and Notes: Linda Wade `99
Linda Wade `99 (B.S. in Health Sciences Teacher Certification in Health Education) was recently honored by the city of Jersey City for three decades of contributions and dedication to the community, including the Essex County Treatment and Substance Abuse Center, Horizon Health Center Youth Sex Education Program, Jersey City Unemployment and Training Program, and the Jersey City Public School District. The Jersey City resident earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree at NJCU. The Jersey City Municipal Council approved a honoring Wade at its July meeting.
