Dear Members of the NJCU Community,
Due to ongoing winter weather conditions and out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our students, faculty and staff, the University is extending fully remote learning and work for its main campus and School of Business locations through Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
Nonessential personnel should not report to campus. This announcement does not apply to weather-essential personnel who should report to work as usual. If you are unsure whether you are considered essential personnel, please check with your manager. For any questions, contact HR@njcu.edu.
Dining services will operate from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Shuttle services are expected to run but may be disrupted.
Faculty with in-person classes scheduled for Tuesday should communicate with their students regarding remote learning plans or rescheduling at the instructor's discretion. We appreciate your flexibility as we prioritize the safety and well-being of our community while maintaining academic continuity.
