Application Process for Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF/OSP) students

Submit your Application online:
Be sure to choose “YES” to the question “Do you want to be considered for Educational Opportunity Fund” on your application.

First Year Applicants                    

Transfer Applicants


Application Requirements: 

  • Official Transcripts
    First Year Applicants – Official HS Transcript
    Transfer Applicants – Official College transcripts for all previously attended institutions

    Please submit your Official High School Transcript via Naviance, SCOIR, electronically  to admissions@njcu.edu or by mail:

  • SAT or ACT Scores (optional)
    The submission of test scores is not a mandatory component of your application.

Complete the EOF/OSP Preliminary Screening Survey


After Submitting your Application:

Following the successful submission of your application,  you will receive an email confirmation. You will also receive detailed instructions on how to check the status of your application.

As soon as your application is complete, our team will commence the review process, and you will be notified of the admission decision accordingly. We appreciate your patience during this period, as we strive to ensure a comprehensive and fair evaluation of all applicants.
